Do you guarantee interviews?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. We guarantee the work: up to 5 carefully matched, tailored applications every week, submitted properly. If there aren't 5 good fits in a week, we send fewer rather than apply you to the wrong jobs. What happens next is up to employers.
Will you add things to my resume?
Never. We can reword, reorder and emphasize what you already have to fit each role, but we never add skills, job titles, dates, employers or qualifications you don't have.
Where do my applications go?
Directly to the employer, through their own careers page or application system. We don't apply through job boards.
How do employers contact me?
Every account gets a private WaziWork email address that we use on your applications. Employer replies land there, and we forward the important ones, like interview requests and offers, straight to your inbox.
Can I see what you send?
Yes. Every tailored resume and cover letter is saved as a PDF in your dashboard. In "I approve each one" mode, nothing goes out until you approve it.
